ABOUT DIMITRI RYBKIN

Dedicated industry professional with 20+ years in aviation and management, my journey spans diverse areas - ground and cargo operations, load control, aviation fuels and SAF, winter operations, quality assurance, and SMS. Having been responsible of the establishment of a supplier evaluation and supply chain management program, codeshare safety and quality oversight system, alongside with fuel and de-icing quality and safety control processes for a major global airline, I was exposed to and worked with almost all areas of modern airline operations.As a Quality Manager for Alliances and Suppliers, I ensured operational excellence, overseeing quality, compliance and certain aspects of safety. With a Master of Laws degree and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, I leverage a comprehensive legal perspective for positive change and compliance across diverse jurisdictions.In addition to primary responsibilities, I was privileged to chair the IATA De-Icing / Anti-Icing Quality Control Pool (DAQCP) since June 2021. Collaborating with the DAQCP team, we implemented changes, introducing the Technical & Training Group, expanding in North America, and cooperating with SAE International. Witnessing unprecedented membership growth, I\'m proud of our collective achievements. With the Steering Committee, we\'ve incorporated risk-based methodologies and prioritized environmental sustainability.In my current role as Senior Manager Audit Methods and De-Icing at IATA, I can fully utilize my experience to enhance industry standards. Involvement in industry bodies, including membership in ISAGO CoPA, IATA DAQCP and IFQP inspector qualification, reflects dedication to staying at the forefront of advancements.While contributing to steering industry efficiency, I\'m committed to sustainable practices. My approach fosters an environment where meritocracy thrives, valuing contributions for positive change.
