Dr. Yasmin Davidds is an organizational psychologist, international negotiation expert, and founder of multiple leadership institutes dedicated to advancing culturally responsive leadership education. As CEO of the Dr. Yasmin Davidds Leadership Institute, the Multicultural Executive Leadership Foundation, and the Women’s Institute of Negotiation, she has developed and led transformative programs that have served over professionals worldwide.A recognized authority on leadership development, Dr. Davidds has designed and delivered executive education programs for Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and top academic institutions.
