ABOUT DRYAN TRIESTAMA PALIS

Dryan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, with a strong interest in labor law, criminal law, and procedural law. He is particularly interested in pursuing a career as a Legal Officer, Human Resources professional, Industrial Relations specialist, or academic lecturer. His interest in labor law developed through academic exposure to labor and industrial relations law, occupational health and safety law, as well as wage and social security law. In parallel, he strengthened his foundation in criminal law through courses in criminal sanctions, criminology, evidence law, and criminal law practice. During his academic years, Dryan developed strong competencies in legal analysis, legal writing, and reasoning, complemented by effective communication and organizational skills. These capabilities were shaped through his active involvement in various student organizations, including serving as a staff member of the Commission of Legislation at BPM FH UI (2022), staff member of POSDM LaSALe FH UI (2022), staff of Public Relations at Podium FH UI (2022), and later as Head of the Research and Development Bureau at BPM FH UI (2023). In addition, he gained practical legal experience through internships at several institutions, including the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), Ditreskrimsus Polda Kalimantan Selatan, BP2MI, and the Central Administration of Universitas Indonesia. Currently, Dryan serves as a Legal Staff at PT Circleka Indonesia Utama. In this role, he has developed practical expertise in legal research, drafting legal opinions, contract drafting and review, handling government administrative matters, legislative drafting and review, as well as preparing court-related administrative documents.
