ABOUT DRX KIRTI KHANDAL

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR University, Jaipur, with a strong academic background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). My interests lie in hospital operations, healthcare quality management, and improving patient care delivery through efficient administrative systems.During my internship at Cris Pharma (India) Ltd, Dehradun, I gained hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems, where I worked closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, and Packaging teams. This experience helped me understand GMP practices, batch documentation, SOP compliance, and manufacturing workflows.I am particularly interested in hospital administration, healthcare quality improvement, and data-driven decision-making in healthcare systems. With skills in MS Office, communication, teamwork, and leadership, I aim to contribute to improving healthcare operations and patient-centered services.I am always open to learning opportunities, collaborations, and discussions related to healthcare management, hospital operations, and quality improvement in healthcare.
