Review & maintain the executed documents (BMR/BPR, cleaning documents, logbooks, formats, analytical Data). Responsible for developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems for the Company and its supply chain to operate within. Review & control all QMS related documents like Incident, Change Control, CAPA and Deviations. Participate in self inspection program & coordinate with compliance and closure. Responsible for conduct scheduled training and also training provided to new employees. Ensure the Monitoring the record of Temperature & Relative Humidity in respective areas. To verify dispensing of raw material. To prepare the Site Master File, Drug Master File, and other documents related to RQA (like technical staff list, Qualified trainer list, Training schedule, Training coordinator list organogram etc.). To effective, control & distribute SOPs, specification, STP, BMR, BPR & other Master documents i.e. planners/schedule, protocols etc.
