About Wade Larson

We\'ve talked about the workforce and talent challenge for years. I\'m doing something about it.alongside many partners. I\'m a workforce expert, author, international speaker, career coach, and college professor among other things.I run a non-profit dedicated to helping youth and people of all ages explore, prepare for, and succeed in career opportunities. My purpose helps to align the efforts of employers, educators, associations and agencies to build networks, improve performance, and strengthen business and the community. As a speaker, I share a unique perspective that delivers a fresh blend of reality, motivation, and hope to the audience. If you want the right mix of practical, applicable, and cutting-edge thought leadership, mixed with just the right amount of humor and a twist of cynicism, this doctor has your prescription to cure boring keynotes and workshops. If you\'d like to participate in or support the Institute, please reach out. We\'d love your support. Also reach out to see how I can bring my experience reengineering leaders and companies to help you achieve your best. There\'s always something you\'ll find useful and immediately applicable.

Founder and Executive Director of the Production and Manufacturing Institute, a youth-focused workforce development program dedicated to preparing workforce-ready graduates. We create live, engaging, and real-world experiences for high school, middle school, and grade school students through workshops, simulations, and summer programs that allow students to fully experience careers in manufacturing and the trades. Our goal is to equip students for the future.and that means giving them hands-on, live situations that create opportunities to learn as they go. Check out more information about our programs at: Ask me about visiting with students, educators, and employers to show how to bridge the gap and build the pipeline for tomorrow\'s workforce.
