Most business owners only exit once. It is the biggest financial decision of their lives, yet fewer than 1 in 5 businesses that go to market actually sell. I founded Wellspring Exit Planning to change that. I work with established business owners to build genuinely transferable businesses and plan exits that are successful, sustainable, and on their terms. What sets me apart is that I have been where my clients are. I built and exited a family business myself, and I know the numbers and the emotions that come with it. That experience, combined with a background spanning medicine, the Royal College of Art, and JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, means I understand both the strategic and the deeply personal dimensions of an owner’s exit.
