I am a healthcare consultant, helping Healthcare organizations develop an effective delivery system with reduction of waste and improved workforce utilization for improved service delivery, and financial sustainability. I also assist individuals better understand their medical condition and how to navigate the Healthcare system more effectively. With an extensive experience spanning over 17 years, I have developed a personalized Healthcare Consulting Service that assist individuals globally with medical disease management. I also managed an inpatient Hospitalist group of over 12 physicians, improving quality of service, reducing length of stay and improving the Case mix index to properly reflect the severity of illness of patients. I believe that more than ever, we need leaders with a passion and zeal to ensure that the Healthcare Organizations of today transforms into more quality focused service for a better tomorrow.
