As a Visual Communication graduate with a passion for design and photography, I began my journey in the creative world and transitioned into advertising and marketing over the past eight years. During this time, I’ve grown into a strategic leader, driving digital strategy for 30+ brands across industries such as e-commerce, fintech, real estate, consumer tech, and FMCG, including Acko, Groww, TVS, Niyo Money, Brigade Group, Licious, Gameskraft Technologies, Murugappa Group, and Tata Consumer Products. I\'ve managed over $8 million in annual marketing budgets, helping these brands scale performance and impact.Currently, I lead the Bangalore office at Social Beat, managing a high-performing team that contributes to 30% of the company’s overall revenue. At the core of my work is a strong focus on AI-led innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to craft smarter strategies, enhance campaign performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.I’m equally committed to building inclusive, empowered teams - 55% of my team is made up of talented women, and I chair the POSH committee to champion inclusivity, diversity, and well-being in the workplace.My mission is to blend creativity, data, and AI to craft impactful strategies, foster collaboration, and drive success for both brands and people in today’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
