I bring 30 years of senior HR leadership experience across the full spectrum of the people function, including employee relations, complex investigations, people technology, HR compliance, resourcing, restructuring, leadership development and talent management. Since 2022, I have been running my own HR consulting practice, supporting organisations across the public and private sectors as well as a portfolio of rural SMEs.My experience includes leading HR strategy in a large global corporation with a franchised, highly matrixed model — giving me deep insight into the realities of scaling through complexity, influencing across boundaries and balancing commercial and people priorities.
