Main contact for raw material suppliers, toxicologists and third part manufacturers.Regulatory Affairs- Coordination of product registration projects APAC and EMEA regions- Updating and management of Product Information files (PIFs)/ CPNP Notification- Review and approval of artworks for compliance check- Preparation of the Ecocert audit for the brand Elenature- Monitoring regulatory updates on EU, US and China MarketsR & D – New Product Development- Building formula renovation plan according to regulatory updates and market needs- Briefing third-part manufacturers and suppliers for new product development- Selection of actives and ingredients according to marketing briefs- Follow-up of development project planning, coordination of tests and safety assessments- Monitoring trends and competitors for new product developmentScientific communication- Writing claims based on ingredients and efficacy tests - Review of marketing communication prior to launching: marketing tools, press kit- Presentation of mechanisms of action and efficacy of new products to marketing, sales and training teams.Quality - Approval for release of production batches : Formula bulk and Final Product- Follow-up of quality problems related to the final product and/or formulationReference for the assessment of cosmetovigilance cases.
