I am a licensed clinical psychologist and certified equine-assisted psychotherapist who blends evidence-based mental health care with the transformative power of horse-human connection.As the Founder and CEO of Solutions Through Horses, I specialize in equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) and equine-assisted learning (EAL), creating growth-oriented experiences that help individuals strengthen boundaries, build confidence, and navigate life challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for the healing presence of horses.In my leadership role as Senior Director of Adult Services at Enki Health Services, Inc, a nonprofit mental health agency contracted by Los Angeles County DMH, I oversee programs that provide essential services to adults facing complex life circumstances. I’m also certified in several county-approved, evidence-based practices and have implemented innovative clinical programming in diverse care settings.I’ve delivered equine-assisted psychotherapy in residential treatment facilities, outpatient clinics, and corporate team building workshops and retreats.
