Dr. Tracy P. Washington is a US Air Force Retiree/Vet.(CMSgt/E-9), entrepreneur, motivational speaker, author, and Assistant Professor.After spending nearly 3 decades working in the United States Air Force Medical Service and private sector healthcare systems, Tracy decided to focus on his entrepreneurial/nonprofit vision and true passion: uplifting and helping People of African Descent to reclaim their narrative and redefine their future. He is the CEO & Founder of the United Crowns Collection (UCC), United Crowns Foundation, Inc.(501(c)3 Nonprofit), and United Crowns Roundtable (YouTube Channel Talk Show).Furthermore, Tracy co-authored “The Reality of Diversity, Gender, and Skin Color: From Living Room to Classroom” (published 2020). His literary work is currently being utilized by Graduate Students at the University of Southern California’s School of Social work.
