At the core, I translate strategy into day-to-day operations to create clarity, improve outcomes, and support environments where collaboration truly matters.Alongside executive leadership, and as a Certified Veterinary Technician, I’ve worked with mission-driven and animal health organizations to bring structure to how they support their teams. This includes designing role clarity and competency frameworks, building performance and evaluation systems, and developing onboarding, staff development, and long-term training approaches that strengthen growth and retention. My approach is practical, helping leaders understand what’s working, where teams are struggling, and how to make informed, strategic changes that improve consistency, accountability, and long-term sustainability without adding unnecessary complexity, while also supporting strong succession planning.
