Responsible for the Cyber Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Compliance, Supply Chain, National Security Systems, Continuous Monitoring, and Policy organizations within DHS HQ which also provide oversight and governance for DHS Component organizations. During my tenure as Acting CISO, DHS HQ achieved the highest EOY FISMA rating in DHS history and the highest monthly FISMA rating since 2018. I have oversight of the HQ Continuous Diagnostics and Monitoring (CDM) PMO. This year it realized $129.1M in benefit to the DHS. Within 9 months of starting at DHS we achieved a 60% reduction in security POA & Ms. I participate in the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Council (FASC) and oversee the associated ICT supply chain processes within DHS. I oversee CFIUS and the Information Technology Acquisition Regulation processes for DHS.
