ABOUT TATI WARREN

As a Social and Behavioral Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, and Health Equity Strategist, I help mission-driven organizations design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based health promotion initiatives that advance equity and social impact. My work sits at the intersection of analytics, exercise science, public health, and human-centered design, translating data and research into strategies that resonate with diverse communities and drive meaningful behavior change. With over eight years of experience leading community engagement efforts at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, I have partnered with academic institutions, community-based organizations, and government agencies to co-create initiatives that are both scientifically rigorous and community-informed. I currently co-lead the Advisory Board at the Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions, where I help strategically align university and community assets to address complex health inequities. In addition to my consulting and research work, I serve as a Board Member at Syracuse University’s Falk College of Sport, contributing to institutional efforts that advance social responsibility, diversity, and inclusion across education, research, and practice.Across all of my roles, I am driven by a commitment to health equity, ethical engagement, and data-informed storytelling using evidence, AI-enabled tools, and human-centered approaches to support organizations in creating lasting, scalable impact for communities facing systemic barriers to health and well-being.As a former NCAA Division I track and field athlete with professional competition experience, I bring firsthand insight into the physical, psychological, and structural demands of high-performance sport. This perspective strengthens my consulting work with sport and sport-adjacent organizations seeking to promote athlete well-being, equity, and sustainable performance through evidence-based and data-informed strategies.I am particularly interested in consulting with athletic departments, sport organizations, and sport technology partners working at the intersection of athlete health, equity, and performance.Let’s connect:
