My background in leadership, education, and fiscal management enables me to drive swift audit resolution, grant compliance, and fiscal accountability in my current role as a Grants Analyst with Integrity Management Services.Over the past two decades, I have worked across K–12 and higher education, nonprofit leadership, and private sector finance, building programs, leading teams, and ensuring fiscal accountability.My career highlights include managing $17M in grants annually at a State college, securing a $5M federal award to launch the first school-based health center in the county, and leading award-winning community partnerships that increased access to education and workforce opportunities. I have also designed and taught 18+ different business courses, blending my real-world experiences into classroom learning.Colleagues know me for bringing structure to complex projects while keeping people at the center of every solution. Whether I am analyzing audit findings, guiding corrective action plans, or building partnerships across sectors, my goal is the same: create sustainable, measurable impact.Outside of work, I am an avid National and State Park traveler and outdoor educator, always seeking new trails, new challenges, and new ways to help myself and others grow.

   I contribute to the integrity and effectiveness of federal research funding through post-award financial and compliance oversight.My responsibilities include preparing determination letters, audit resolution memoranda, and management decision letters; conducting outreach to awardees; and facilitating technical assistance during the audit resolution process. I collect and compile supporting documentation, draft reports summarizing final analyses, and update work templates and SOPs to strengthen consistency. I also reconcile audit findings, ensure corrective actions align with federal regulations, and track deliverables to improve monitoring and reporting systems. This work allows me to protect investments, reduce financial and compliance risk, and help ensure research funds are directed toward advancing discovery, innovation, and public benefit.
