I take a friendly approach to teaching, believing that my students are simply equals who are there to gain knowledge. I find this approach helps to break traditional \"them\" and \"us\" type barriers between students and their tutors. I also feel that students gain more from this approach, not to mention the satisfaction I also gain. I am highly thought of in my current positions.In addition to teaching, I have successfully contributed in National Board of Accreditation (AY 2024-27 cycle ) for Rizvi College of Engineering, Bandra (RCOE) as Lab In-charge of Engineering Mechanics LAB, Development of Engineering Mechanics LAB & Engineering Drawing Hall, etc. I had faced the Chairman of the committee in the Engineering Mechanics Lab and Course files of Engineering Mechanics and Engineering Graphics. I am thankful to My Principal at RCOE for providing me with the opportunities and guiding me throughout the process.
