ABOUT SOURISH SAHA
Sourish has over 16 years of experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials in the therapeutic areas of Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology. His role includes applying qualitative and quantitative statistical methods for sample size and power calculations, statistical analysis of all phases of clinical trials, creation of statistical analysis plans, SAS programming, development of TLFs for FDA submission, medical writing, and manuscript preparation. He can easily transition between multiple therapeutic areas and is excellent at communicating complex biostatistical results to a variety of collaborators.Sourish is also a data scientist and software developer. While working for GSK, he co-created a software using R and Excel interface for Drug Supply planning saving the company more than $150 millions in 2010. As of today because of the software GSK has been able to save $1 billion. Sourish has co-authored several publications while working at US Department of HHS, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech/Roche.Sourish has considerable experience as a Lead Project and Study level statistician for about 10 years. He has led multiple drugs for FDA submission and helped the sponsor company to receive approval.
