Solution Focused Adult and Child Psychiatrist, certified by the American Board of Psychiatry. I was trained in Brief Therapy at the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto, California and later in the Solution Focused Approach. I use both allopathic and homeopathic medical approaches. I am an author, presenter, supervisor and trainer in Solution Focused Brief Therapy approach. When I see people, I help them to use their own knowledge, resources, and skills to overcome their life challenges. Conventional medications sometimes might be helpful but they are far from being the unique answer to emotional problems. I provide individual, couple and family solution focused counseling and psychiatric services. I specialize in work related stress, women’s issues, couples, children and families conflicts. I am also helping people working in the entertainment industry to help them handle the stress of their success without sacrificing their personal well-being. My goal is to get the Solution Focused Approach much better known by the public audience. Specialties: Integrates the principles of Solution Focused Brief Therapy into Psychiatry. Uses both conventional and homeopathic treatments. As a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, I am always eager to offer effective, safe and innovative psychotherapeutic and psychiatric treatments.
