ABOUT SALONI NARESH SHAH
I am a Senior Consultant with over 13 years of experience in clinical and anatomic pathology, with special interest in renal, uropathology, and gynecological pathology. I currently work at Apollo Hospitals, a premier 745-bed facility with JCI and NABL accreditation, where I’m a Senior Consultant in a multidisciplinary team handling samples annually. My expertise lies in light microscopy, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and cytology, delivering accurate and timely diagnostic insights across a wide range of medical, surgical, and oncology cases.I am a dedicated mentor and educator, having guided postgraduate DNB residents since 2014, enhancing their research skills, gross/FNA techniques and diagnostic abilities. I am actively involved in laboratory management and quality assurance, conducting audits across multiple departments. My research work includes over 20 published articles and presentations at both national and international conferences.With a commitment to excellence in pathology and laboratory diagnostics, I strive to advance the field through collaboration, research, and education.
