Being a Doctor today is really hard. Low reimbursement, high staff turnover and seeing patient after patient helping the insurance plans get richer.I own and run my own practice. I knew I had to get off that hamster wheel but didn\'t know how.I tried a lot of different things like going to conferences but wasn\'t able to implement anything because I was so busy being a good doctor and seeing patients all day. It wasn\'t until I realized that I needed to be an OWNER not an Operator. With learnings, failures and mistakes, I figured out how to build a specialty care private pay practice. I still accept some insurance plans but I serve thousands more patients with a high value service that has helped me find more financial freedom, fulfillment and fun.I use my personal experience of running a clinic and after having coached hundreds of Doctors nationwide, I coach other Doctors and practice owners on how to change and grow from a primary commoditized medical practice to a specialty profitable one where you enjoy serving patients and make more private pay revenue. This is not about money. It\'s about who we become. I look forward to helping you become the Doctor you need to become for this new and changing world. Free, fulfilled with more fun.
