I founded MindFrames as a wellness initiative to enthuse, educate and empower individuals and communities to live emotionally healthy and meaningful lives. The founding idea was, to switch focus from illness to wellness. Hence mindfulness based assessments and management of emotional, behavioral and lifestyle disorders using face-to-face consultations as well as technology assisted means. Over two decades I\'ve liaised with diverse medical specialties, and worked across different cultures with holistic healing options for all ages and stages (children, adults and geriatric age categories). An expert in diverse assessment and therapeutic methodologies, I focus on healing problems from the root. Hence the detailed sessions that sometimes go over several hours and continuous engagement on a daily basis in order to offer handholding support and guidance; for patients enduring anxiety, depression, loss, rejection, personality problems, addiction, behavior choice disturbances, or other forms and level of psychological pain.I manage the MindFrames website, wellness blog, and Instagram.
