ABOUT SHARON MOAYERI

I’m a double board-certified fertility specialist, educator, and founder with more than two decades of experience in reproductive medicine, practice leadership, and women’s health innovation.As Founder and Chief Medical Officer of OC Fertility + OC Biogenix, I lead a vertically integrated fertility center that includes an on-site embryology lab and QUAD A–certified surgery center. My work spans clinical care, operational leadership, product development, and patient advocacy. In addition to my practice, I’ve launched and led other healthcare ventures across lab, surgical, and third-party reproduction landscape.I am committed to mentoring the next generation of women in medicine, science, and business. I serve as Mentorship Co-Chair on the UCI School of Medicine Alumni Board and contribute to statewide health advocacy as a Delegate to the California Medical Association, and member of their House of Delegates. I also serve on the Hoag Women’s Health Institute’s Midlife Health Advisory Committee, advancing care for women navigating perimenopause and beyond.Whether building patient-centered care, mentoring future clinicians, or shaping health policy—I bring a systems-level and multidisciplinary perspective to my work. My core focus: reproductive education and empowerment, family-building healthcare access, and advancing women’s health and wellness across life stages.
