About Sendhilkumar Rathinakumar

I have been working as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist for 15 years and helped a wide variety of clients improve their lives by teaching them effective coping techniques and helping them to change their behaviour, emotional patterns. As a qualified rehabilitation psychologist my focus is on assisting individuals with cognitive issues, developmental disabilities, psychosocial problems, and other chronic physical and mental health conditions to cope with their disability in order to lead as normal as possible. During my time at the institutes of Rehabilitation & Disability services, I have worked with many clients with various complex needs and liaised with many external stakeholders. I have a Ph.D in Psychology, with an emphasis on Clinical Psychology research, from Annamalai University. I have a strong background and focus in Rehabilitation Psychology. I have an active and productive program of research, with many national and international publications. I have the experience of teaching several different University courses, my classes and teaching consistently received positive reviews.
