I maintain clinical and operational performance goals through monitoring and assurance. Moreover, I coordinate with medical leadership to determine areas of improvements while maintaining workflows. During this time, I create, analyze, and present data and reports regarding operations and performance measurements. I am responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal procedures. I participate in Quality Improvement Team as well as facilitate and promote process improvement projects.
