Dr. Endia Crabtree is a Principal Clinical Product Risk Scientist, Global AI Product and Delivery Stakeholder and Global Co-Lead of BRIDGE ERG: Developing a Community of Black Leaders at Boston Scientific. With 6+ years of experience in EU and Canada MDR clinical evaluation for Class (EU) and Class (Canada) devices, she leads the planning, development, implementation, and approval of Clinical Evaluation Plans and Reports (CEPs/CERs), PMCF Reports and Plans (PMCFRs/PMCFPs), Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), Instructions for Use (IFU), Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance Reports (SSCPs), and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs). She leverages structured literature review platforms and compliant AI-enabled tools to strengthen safety signal detection, evidence synthesis, and documentation efficiency across global cross-functional teams.She is a Board Director and Fellow at the American College of Epidemiology, MedtechWOMEN Board Advisor, 3rd VP of NCNW Cincinnati Section, and Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management. Dr. Crabtree has held past Board Director roles at Junior League Cincinnati, American Medical Writers Association Ohio Valley Chapter, and The Ohio Academy of Science. She has won several awards, including Rising Star at Junior League Cincinnati, Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40, Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati, and Black Leaders Worldwide 2026 Woman You Need to Know. In 2025, she was nominated for the Inclusive Leader of the Year award at Boston Scientific. She is the Founder of The Association of Junior Leagues International Women in STEM Networking Group and is featured in the permanent paleontology exhibit “Ancient Worlds Hiding in Plain Sight” at the Cincinnati Museum Center with her amateur paleontology and geology club, The Cincinnati Dry Dredgers, Inc, where she was also the association’s First Black Board Member. In 2024, she was selected to serve as an inaugural member of Multidisciplinary Working Group: Empowering Career Pathways in STEMM. Dr. Crabtree is also a proud Rotarian, Cincinnatus, and Partner at Black Leaders Worldwide.She earned a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati, an M.L.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and both an M.S. and B.A. from the University of Michigan–Flint. Her postdoctoral training in cancer survivorship was completed at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute.
