New Business Development, Brand Building, Creating a Niche-Market for JSI.Technical and Management oversight of a diverse portfolio in Health (including RMNCH, Immunization, Infectious Diseases ), Nutrition, NCDs, Urban Health, WASH, Supply Chain and other program verticals implemented by JSI, including Line Manager of respective Project Directors/Country leads. Financial Planning and budgetary control. Representation, networking, coordination and relationship building with stakeholders. Coordination with US based Headquarters. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS: Established JSI Private Ltd. as a robust health organization in India, developed a strong portfolio, raised over $ 100 Million new funding from bilateral, multi-lateral donors and CSR, established several new partnerships and alliances with public and private sector organizations, five fold expansion of programs and size of the organization, organizational systems developed, membership of key policy and technical committees of Govt. of India, overall leadership role. Established a not-for-profit arm (JSI R&T India Foundation) also with decent and rapidly growing CSR funding and partnerships. Member of Governing Boards of National Institutions, Technical and Policy Committees, invited speaker at national and International Fora. Winner of several national and international awards on Health e.g Michael K. White Memorial Award for exemplary work in Public Heath.
