   Led a team of Project managers to drive program of API & OSD new products development to Approval. • Managed more than 100 new products Executions ensuring successful regulatory filing & launches within schedule and budget. • Ideated and drove cost leadership program with lean management principles. • Established and lead KPIs for strategic deployment plan (SDP) to improve OTIF for API and OSD New product executions.• Established yearly New Products score card and execution calendar for yearly R&D and Plant budget exercise. • Hired and mentored Several Project managers including Experience, Young leaders and interns. • Led monthly and quarterly project meetings with top management to review progress against baseline and made critical decisions. • Reviewed New Products in Apex for portfolio approval by the product selection committee. • Created digital tool with dashboard for Product life cycle management. • Led feasibility evaluation, risk assessment, and execution of technology transfer/site transfer projects from Sandoz. • Managing vertical integrated projects also where in-house API as well as Formulation development goes in parallel at different R&D centers. • Led Nitrosamine Program for API and OSD for about 200 Products. Post that published review article for the same.
