I help schools, law firms, and corporate teams build cultures where people perform at a high level without burning out or turning on each other.Seventy-five percent of my work is in K–12 independent schools. I earned my Ed.D. from the University of Southern California, where my research examined how belonging, rigor, and experience shape outcomes. That lens now informs my work across sectors.My background in counseling and wellness gives me range. I understand human behavior under stress. I understand systems.
