ABOUT ROGER ALLEN
Roger K. Allen, Ph.D. is a psychologist, author, and relationship educator who has spent over four decades helping individuals, couples, and organizations grow into their highest potential. Much of his work centers on a simple but powerful idea: lasting change comes through the habits we practice in the moments that matter most—especially in relationships. Roger is the author of Six Habits of a Healthy Marriage, along with The Hero’s Choice: Living from the Inside Out and Raising Responsible, Emotionally Mature Children. His writing integrates practical tools with a deeper understanding of emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and human development. Earlier in his career, Roger co-founded and led the Human Development Institute, where he provided counseling and taught public seminars focused on personal transformation and family relationships. He later co-founded the Center for Organizational Design, where he has worked with leaders and teams to build high-trust cultures, strengthen alignment, and develop people as contributing partners in their organizations.
