WORK HISTORY
Chair @Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
As the founding Chairman in Alaska I serve as a facilitator, mentor and coach for members of Vistage International, the world\'s leading chief executive organization. At our confidential monthly peer group meetings, members from non-competitive businesses offer each other agenda-free advice — and challenge each other to take courageous, thoughtful steps. This helps them become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve significantly better results. Vistage International and its affiliates have over members in 15 countries. Vistage offers a unique combination of resources for accelerating CEO performance, including monthly problem-solving peer group meetings, one-to-one executive coaching sessions, expert resource speaker workshops, an online best practices library, regional and international conferences, and access to a global online network of business leaders. Member companies generate nearly $300 billion in annual revenue and have more than 1.8 million employees around the world. Vistage members are more successful than their competitors and, on average, have grown their revenues at twice the rate of non-Vistage companies. The Vistage family of companies includes our affiliates operating under the names TEC, The Executive Committee and The Executive Connection. Offices are located in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom and United States.
