As a Senior Consultant, I lead and support global immunization initiatives focused on vaccine adoption, demand forecasting, and strategic decision-making through technical assistance, research, and stakeholder engagement:Measles Containing Vaccine 5-Dose Vial Adoption • Provide technical assistance to NITAGs and EPI teams across multiple countries to support the adoption of 5-dose MCV vials in routine immunization programs. • Developed and disseminated implementation support tools and knowledge management resources for countries transitioning from 10-dose to 5-dose vials • Co-led and co-authored a multi-country assessment publication (in collaboration with WHO AFRO) analyzing MCV 5-dose vial implementation across 7 African countries. • Delivered presentations at the 2025 NITAG Vaccinology Course; actively engaged in regional EPI Managers\' meetings and working groups. • Built and maintained trusted partnerships with counterparts in WHO and UNICEF Regional Offices. • Gained subject-matter expertise in NITAG strengthening, country decision-making processes, and market-shaping influence on country-level vaccine choice.Vaccine Demand Forecasting • Supported the development of global demand scenarios evaluating vaccine demand, country and regional sentiment, financing, and affordability considerations. • Led primary data collection through literature reviews, and expert interviews to inform scenario development. Health Campaigns Effectiveness • Authored and curated monthly Health Campaign Effectiveness Newsletters, monitoring and highlighting global health campaigns for high-level stakeholders. • Conducted regular media and data monitoring to update the Health Campaigns Intelligence Hub Internal Leadership & Thought Partnership • Founded and led the Linksbridge Speaker Series, creating a platform for global health leaders and practitioners to engage, share insights, and foster collaboration within the broader global health community.
