I\'ve spent the last decade working inside risk-bearing care organizations — first as a clinician, then in roles where I was responsible for clinical and financial outcomes across large senior populations. ConcertoCare, Landmark, now Curana Health as CMO for Population Health.Most of what I know comes from that context. What it takes to run a care program that works not just in one market but across 30 states with different staffing realities, different payer requirements, different documentation habits. Where the gaps are between how clinical AI gets built and how it actually gets used by care teams. What payers are looking for when they evaluate a program versus what operators think they\'re looking for.I\'m interested in the problems that show up between a successful pilot and something that actually scales.
