Accomplished Vice President & Chief technology officer with a successful track record of developing novel processes and equipment used to manufacture advanced materials (Sapphire, Silicon, Gallium Nitride, Silicon Carbide, etc.), and devices, leading engineering and technology development teams and deployment worldwide. The processes and product developed during my 18 year tenure at GTAT helped the company revenue grow from $10M in 2002 to $900M ($2B Market Cap) at the height of its extraordinary growth period. Experience in due diligence, technology acquisitions and integration, technology transfer, creation of new business plans and strategic planning.
