ISIC is a multi-super specialty hospital in heart of Delhi and is known for its excellence in Spine & Orthopedic surgical work and has one of the best comprehensive rehabilitation center in India. It is not only a center for treatments and therapies but also an academic and research center which adds several credentialled and trained personnel under various educational/ training programs ranging from therapists to fellows in most advanced surgical streams. At ISIC, my key role would be to handle clinical governance, strengthen the existing care programs, build newer care programs, look into vertical and horizontal expansion of the services offered and take the institution to newer heights. My focus of work would be on clinical programs and digital transformation from strategy to execution including the change management.
