About Ilango Paramasivam
Dr ILANGO qualified with Ph.D in Machine learning from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India. He began his career as an academician and worked in various renowned institutions Madurai Kamaraj University, Thiagarajar School of Management, VIT, and PSG iTech, for 30 years. He produced 10 Ph.Ds, and one of his scholars was awarded the best thesis for the year 2015 by CSI. He published more than 105 research papers in various international journals/conferences and got three patents in his research area. He has been consulting IT industries providing analytics and decision sciences solutions, and mentoring IT start-ups. Following a short stint at the academic and research institute PSG iTech, Dr ILANGO joined the IT industry in August 2021 and led the product development teams. He is passionate about bridging the gap between industry and academia, and about building high-performing teams composed of energetic and enthusiastic professionals.
