About Parag Amin

Over 29 years of experience as an educator and an industry expert. Associated with Atlas SkillTech University as the Professor and Registrar. Earlier, he served as Senior Director- Corporate Relations and Director for Atlas’s MBA Program respectively. Prior to Atlas, Dr.Amin was associated with SIES College of Management Studies as the Dean for Marketing. He received his Ph.D from Mumbai University in the area of Management Studies. He also has a Diploma in Training & Development and is a trained NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner, Coach and Counselor. He worked in the corporate sector for over a decade with organizations like Godrej, Aptech, Gulf Computers, etc. and held several key positions.Dr. Amin has been playing a key role in institutional development through various initiatives like forging alliances, Undertaking consulting and training assignments for Corporates & Institutions, devising value- add modules for Students, Faculty & Student Development initiatives, leading the National and International accreditation process, etc. He has an in-depth understanding and a first-hand experience of the end-to-end value chain of a Business School (from Admissions to Placements). He is also a resource person for UGC\'s MMTT Programs.He has a great passion for Training, Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring and delivered over 1100hrs of Training/Coaching/Consulting/Mentoring sessions to several leading corporates, institutions as well as individuals in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Strategic Management, Communication, Mind Management, Stress Management, Personal Branding, Personal growth, Management & leadership lessons from Indian Scriptures, Time Management, etc. As an empaneled trainer at REMI,he was one of the 4 trainers who conceived and executed a unique training program titled “Sparsh” that received the prestigious ASTD Excellence in Practice Award. Dr.Amin has been recently invited to join the CII Western Region Task Force on Education. He has also been appointed as the Mentor for GMI. He is serving as upGrad’s honorary Academic Director for the Deakin’s Global MBA Program. Dr.Amin serves as the Member of the Site-visit Evaluation team for ACBSP, a USA based accreditating body. Dr.Amin was selected for the prestigious “Shiksha Shri Samman” (2025) and IQAC award for Teaching/Training excellence (2022). He has published several research papers and articles and has recently been included in the editorial board of Academy of Marketing Studies Journal (ABDC-B) as the Chair-Editorial board.
