I lead AI embedded fintech products\' development. I lead the AI transformation from legacy systems to embed AI in all products to bring efficiency internally as well to provide better experience to the customers. AI products delivered- Launched the first generative AI based chatbot on GeM portal (first of any govt/public sector)- GeMAI!(https://gem.gov.in). It is voice enabled (speech to text), multi-lingual (10 Indian languages), and also has a live agent handover. Other use cases included conversational BI/BA, catalog sanity (millions of images from catalogs), tender compliance to rules, user assisted journeys for catalog upload, onboarding etc, which we were still working on- Documenting legacy source code- Generating code using co-pilot & Git suite- Product for category search, custom bid extraction- Image sanity assurance at scale- Building GeM next version (2.0) with \"AI First\" principle- Building national projects of scale over 20+ years.(Army Wide Area Network, satellite based nation-wide networks, GST e-governance info system, invoice digitization programs)- Digital Transformation expert. I create the technology vision and strategy for the bespoke design and development for large systems at national scale, with AI first and AI enabled platforms. I have pioneered the deployment of the genAI use cases in the public sector. I have built technology teams and mentored tech professionals- I have designed the risk framework and led the information security of national, mission-critical systems that protected their brands with wholesome, multi-layered impeccable security- A recognised speaker at ET, DSCI, AISS, AIM, AWS forums- Multiple awards: by Ministry of IT, ET Digitech, AEA, AWS, DSCI, etc
