   Head of Global Facilities, Engineering, EH & S and Operations of a state-of-the-art cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Newark, Ca. and all engineering processes supporting manufacturing. Business owner of Revance’s buildings and all of its facilities in Northern California, Southern California and Tennessee. Lead the management functions of the Facilities, Engineering, EH & S and Security groups with the responsibility for planned, preventative and corrective maintenance, installation and modification of equipment, machinery, and buildings systems, physical full site security, utilizing both internal and contract resources across multiple sites and in lock step with FBI, Homeland Security, CDC, FDA compliance and standards. Executive leader of all capital projects and equipment installations to support corporate and manufacturing locations. Responsible for the development of annual and multi-year, multi-million-dollar facilities Capex & Opex operational plans and budgets in partnership with Finance for site suitability and expansion initiatives and organizational growth.
