After retiring from Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS), I am excited to begin working part-time with the incredible team at Advanced Learning Partnerships. ALP provided professional learning for HCPS for many years and helped us develop a strong learner-centered environment where students are engaged and have voice and choice in their learning process. As a part of the nation\'s first one-to-one laptop initiative, I am looking forward to using my 16 years of experience in instruction and all areas of a one-to-one laptop implantation to help other school systems as they begin their journey. It is a privilege to work for a group of professionals as highly qualified as the ALP staff. I look forward to exciting new adventures with them in the future.
