My journey, from serving in the Rwandan Parliament to consulting globally, has taught me the power of inclusion to drive productivity and innovation. At TitanProz, my focus is on the Diversity IN Action System, a framework I developed to help clients move beyond traditional DEIA efforts and create meaningful measurable change. Through this system, we build inclusive cultures that improve retention, engagement, and overall performance. I work closely with leaders to design strategies that fit seamlessly with their organizations\' unique goals and needs. I am passionate about helping organizations turn diversity into a strategic advantage.
