With over 17 years of hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, I specialise in applying Lean tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across both manufacturing and service sectors.Throughout my career, I’ve passionately practised, implemented, and consulted on Lean Six Sigma strategies that have delivered measurable, result-oriented outcomes. My goal has always been to help organisations achieve world-class performance through systematic process improvement and people development.Currently aspiring to expand my journey as a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner and Trainer, with a focus on enhancing resource management capabilities and contributing to organisational growth. Trained over in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt), TQM, and TPM. Facilitated cost savings of ₹12+ crores in the garment and printing industries in Tirupur by leading Lean Six Sigma implementations under the Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Scheme for MSMEs and the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Programme, supported by the Quality Council of India and the Ministry of MSME. Delivered 56+ under the certification programs of TÜV SÜD and MSME (and still counting!). Successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma projects in 48+, spanning across sectors like garments, dyeing, spinning mills, and printing. Mentored hundreds of Black Belt holders, helping them identify impactful projects and guiding them through successful implementation.
