I help governments, institutions, and multi-sector partners translate evidence into equitable, ethical, and scalable population health strategies. My work bridges clinical epidemiology, public health systems leadership, and emerging frameworks in AI governance to strengthen decision-making at scale.I currently serve as Partner & Physician Epidemiologist at ETIO Public Health Consultants, where I advise on surveillance systems, strategic policy development, digital health integration, and responsible AI applications. I also teach in graduate public & global health programs at Western University and contribute nationally on public health strategy and communication.I am passionate about ensuring that large-scale analytics and predictive tools are governed ethically, equitably, and transparently so they strengthen systems instead of amplifying bias or harm.
