My journey into healthcare didn’t follow a straight line. I began as a dental graduate—eager to care for individuals one-on-one—but soon found myself drawn into the dynamic world of hospital management, where the scope was bigger, and the impact, even deeper. At CK Birla Hospital, I’ve grown through roles that demand more than just coordination—they require empathy, resilience, and the ability to solve real problems in real time. Whether it’s managing patient experience, handling sensitive ICU feedback, or aligning multiple teams for seamless care, I’ve learned that healthcare is as much about systems and strategy as it is about human connection. I believe in staying curious and evolving with purpose. I’m currently pursuing an MBA from BITS Pilani, and along the way, I’ve expanded my skillset with certifications in data analysis, and I’m actively learning coding and Python to better understand the role of technology in decision-making and healthcare innovation. I\'m also well-versed in Microsoft Office tools—Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—which helps me communicate insights clearly, create impact-driven reports, and streamline everyday operations with structure and clarity. If there’s one thing that defines my journey, it’s this: I don’t wait for perfect conditions to grow. I grow in motion—with purpose, patience, and a mindset that sees every challenge as an opportunity to do better.
