My work for Richard Lewis Communications at Riversdown House primarily involves giving customised training that helps people improve their communication and cross-cultural skills in an international learning environment. Typical students are high-flying business people, academics, government officials or politicians. The calibre of people who come to study at Riversdown House is such that three alumni have gone on to become Prime Minister of their country. Increasing the expertise and success of people in the international environment seems vital for individual and organisational prospects. My after-dinner talks have regularly focused on Brexit in recent months, besides cultural topics such as Michelangelo. I am also a Licensed Cross-Culture Partner of Richard Lewis Communications, which means I am independently available to give cross-culture training worldwide using the company resources.
