As a facilitator with NISOD, I design and deliver engaging professional development experiences for community and technical college faculty and administrators. My role is to equip educators with innovative strategies, evidence-based practices, and leadership skills that strengthen teaching, learning, and student success.Highlights of my facilitation include: • Leading interactive workshops focused on leadership development, personal growth, and student engagement. • Introducing frameworks such as CLARITY™, transformational leadership, and effective communication models that educators can apply immediately in their classrooms and institutions. • Supporting faculty and administrators in aligning instructional practices with equity, access, and student achievement goals. • Fostering collaborative learning environments where participants share challenges, exchange solutions, and leave with actionable strategies.My facilitation style is dynamic, purpose-driven, and grounded in real-world application.
