ABOUT NEIL PREM

Each person has a gift (a unique ability) and is motivated to use their gift for the people, problems, and activities that matter most. I align leaders with their gifts and motivations. My Work \'Unlocking Potential\' I choose two titles to describe myself and the work that I do. I am first and foremost a mentor, supporting leaders of all ages to find their purpose and direction and become people of genuine influence. Secondly, a spiritual director teaching people how to follow their inner guidance and become the person they are meant to be. My side hustle is founding social ventures and community projects. My Career \'Expressing my gifts in the service of others\' My career has been anything but a straight line! I have been a CEO, 2 x COO, 2 x VP, 14 x Founder, an author, speaker, coach, and mentor. I have worked in multiple sectors including international finance, sales & marketing, IT, social enterprise, charity, faith, and community transformation. My Highlights \'Following my curiosity, living on purpose, showing up authentically\' Along the way, I have led international performing arts teams, started an orphanage, cleaned the wounds of people with leprosy, pastored churches, fed the hungry, been a chaplain to the lost and least, been a spiritual director to the powerful and privileged; a paid mentor at Cambridge University, stood in an election, stopped 7 people from committing suicide, started and run businesses social enterprises and charities. I wrote the book 7 Steps to PURPOSE, sang in public, smuggled Bibles, acted on stages, tried stand-up comedy, and ran hundreds of workshops around the world. My Impact \'Leaders of Influence\' The one thing that I am most proud of is the many hundreds of young leaders that I have helped to find their life\'s purpose and direction, and mentored to become purpose-driven leaders who are making a serious impact for people, planet and communities. My Current Projects: Serious Impact - an online community of 25+ purpose-driven leaders working to change the world. Coach Ukraine - supporting 100+ displaced Ukrainians in Cambridge. Make Change Happen Community - Developing a 3-month life coaching programme for community groups to use in supporting displaced and disadvantaged people. Soul Friends - Training people in Spiritual Guidance and Life Purpose Facilitation.
