In my current job profile, I am having hands-on experience at examining bone marrow aspirates and biopsies, flow cytometry analysis of CD34 Stem cell counts, PNH Assays, Diagnostics of Leukemias & Lymphomas, B – MRD and T -MRD assays. My practise has been on BD FACS CANTO II - 8 color analyzer and we have recently shifted to BD FACS LYRIC SUITE - 12 color. I am currently focusing more on developing assays on Lymphocyte subsets in Primary immunodeficiency Disorders (PIDs).
