Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits” ….that’s the mantra that has immensely helped me navigate through my career path, a wild roller coaster with new challenges at each turn.A doctor, a soldier, a mother and transitioned to a healthcare transformation leader ….that\'s been my journey in short. Each of these facets helped me inculcate invaluable lessons on leadership. The dental surgeon in me gives me an eye for detail, executing the tasks with surgical precision. Donning the hat of mother taught me care, empathy, patience and skills to negotiate and hold my ground when needed. The core values imbibed during my stint with the army of having the ability to persevere in the face of odds, grit to hang in there despite multiple setbacks has been pivotal for a seamless transition from working with dental tools to IT tools.Having volunteered for a tenure in Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield in the world, as the first woman Dental Officer, I learnt how to step up and be counted when needed, which made my team at Deloitte and Stride.ai to look up to me when the chips were down.My career spans care delivery, leadership in high-stakes environments, healthcare technology, and a work. I currently support healthcare transformation initiatives as a Senior Consultant, working across business analysis, interoperability, PMO governance, and clinical workflow optimization.
